Ryan is a dedicated Sales Operations Leader with close to a decade of experience scaling up the ability of tech start-up sales teams. He has a strong financial background. After receiving his MBA in finance, Ryan started his career in FP&A acquiring the analytical abilities to help companies correctly define customized, trackable metrics. He develops KPIs that enable senior leadership and board members to visualize the growth, and potential growth, of an organization. Ryan has considerable experience in small SaaS companies, and specializes in onboarding tech stacks that position an organization for rapid growth. He has been in the tech industry for his entire career, working for well known start-ups in Silicon Valley.
