Associate Medical Illustrator
Driven by an insatiable curiosity for functional art and the biological sciences, Rachel earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology and Studio Art from Macalester College. After graduating, she immediately dove into her studies at the University of Illinois at Chicago, where she completed her M.S in Biomedical Visualization. During her graduate education, Rachel found a real value and enthusiasm in developing games for medical education. Rachel joined Osso VR because she is in awe of the immersive and transformative qualities of virtual reality and strongly believes in its potential for positive paradigmatic change in education, communication, and global collaboration. With her education and passion for VR game design, Rachel aims to produce innovative and creative solutions to improve access and understanding of the medical sciences. In Rachel’s spare time, she enjoys figure drawing, baking bread, and playing games.
