Customer Experience Specialist
“The customer is your guide on the path to innovation” is a philosophy that Eric embodies in his daily life. Eric has been a lifelong computer nerd and video game fanatic with a passion for catering to customers’ needs. He strives to always put the customer first when brainstorming ideas or making decisions. Eric received a Bachelor of Science in Management from Purdue University and went on to work for Sony PlayStation before returning to Purdue to earn his second Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Technology. Eric has wide-ranging professional experience involving the roles of Customer Support Analyst, Database Programmer, Scrum Master, Business Analyst, Project Manager, IT Support Analyst, QA Tester, and Video Game Moderator.
